Loan Officer/Relationship Manager

This role would be expected to work in our Fort Collins office.
Loan Officer will uphold a tradition of honesty and integrity as you provide financial transactions to existing and potential customers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented banking officer. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing deposit and loan relationships. The right individual promotes teamwork and has a sales driven focus for the PWCB markets. This individual will work closely with and report directly to either the Branch President or the Regional Senior Vice President, depending on background and experience. Growth within this position will occur by developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all loan underwriting as well as all financial products and services.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates attention to detail, organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks. Has the ability to listen, follow directions, and identify the needs of customers and other team members. College Degree and banking experience preferred.
Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software.

A base range for the position would be $50,000-$75,000 annually.
