We are pleased to welcome Brandy Kuhns to our Points West Community Bank family! Brandy has taken over as branch manager at our Sidney I-80 location.
Brandy was born and raised in Sidney. She started in banking straight out of high school and spent 25 years at Sidney Federal Savings & Loan.
“Fun little fact, Bob Volkmer hired me at Sidney Federal,” said Brandy. “I always tell people I went to the ‘Bob Volkmer School of Finance.'”
Brandy filled Bob’s role at I-80 when he retired at the beginning of 2024.
Brandy started in loan servicing, moved on to loan processing, and has spent the last 20 years as a consumer real estate loan officer. We are grateful for the experience she is bringing to Points West!
Outside of banking, Brandy spends her days with her husband of 24 years and high school sweetheart, Andrew. Together they have two daughters, Alaina and Madison. Alaina, 22, resides in Hastings, NE and is following in her mom’s footsteps as a banker and loan officer, while Madison is finishing her senior year at Sidney High School and rounding out her career as a Sidney Red Raider.
We are thrilled to have Brandy and her family as part of the Points West crew.
