An individual or individuals identifying themselves as a part of the Points West Fraud Department are contacting business customers claiming an ACH transaction is attempting to post from their account. They then instruct customers to click a link to “stop” the transaction.

This is NOT Points West Community Bank.

Please be advised:
– Points West will never ask you to click a link to stop a transaction.
– We will never ask for online banking credentials, secure access codes, or passwords.
– We will never pressure you to act immediately via an unsolicited link.
– Official fraud communication will come directly from verified bank phone numbers or through secure banking channels.

If you receive a call like this:
1. Do not click the link.
2. Do not provide any information.
3. Hang up immediately.
4. Contact your local Points West branch directly using the phone number on our official website.

We take the security of your accounts seriously and are actively monitoring the situation.
