PWCB has just printed and mailed the annual 5498 tax statements. These are the annual IRS informational forms for Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and Health Savings Accounts that detail the fair market valuation and contribution information for the previous tax year (2011). Banks are required to send these annually after the Federal Tax filing deadline, which was April 17, 2012 for the 2011 tax year. … Read more
