Cactus Covello

Cactus is a native of Torrington, Wyoming. He graduated from Torrington High School in 1972 and the University of Wyoming – Laramie in 1976. Prior to his current position as President at Points West Community Bank, he was a franchised GM and Chrysler dealer for thirty-two years in Torrington. During part of that time he served on the Board of Directors for the formerly known First National Bank from 1994-2009. Cactus has been with Points West Community Bank since 2009. He and his wife Jeri have two grown children, Christin and Tony and a daughter in law, Hayley. Along with his work for the bank, he has also served on various boards to include: Wyoming Transportation Commission, Wyoming Business Council, Eastern Wyoming College Foundation, Two Shot Goose Hunt, Goshen County Economic Development Corporation, Torrington Volunteer Fire Department, and Wyoming Gaming Commission. Cactus enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and outdoor activities with his family and friends. He finds his work here at Points West rewarding and hopes to be a productive part of the business community for several more years.
