Points West Community Bank is upgrading to better serve our communities. Down the road, you’ll be able to open new accounts online and our online application for mortgage and consumer loans is already live on our site!

When you log into online banking for the first time when services are restored on Monday, July 20th, you will be prompted to establish new security questions. If your first-time log in to online banking after the upgrade is from a mobile device, you may be prompted to log in via a web browser in order to establish your security questions.

Along with our systems upgrade, we have upgraded our connectivity options with Intuit and switched to Direct Connect for Quicken and Quickbooks. This will allow users to automate the import of transactions from online banking into Quicken or Quickbooks.

Once you complete the setup process on or after Monday, July 20th, you can enter your online banking credentials into Quicken or Quickbooks and it will instantly connect to the bank to bring in any new transactions.
