Kacy Jo Hladky

Kacy grew up on the Gray Ranch just outside of Douglas, WY. After graduating from Douglas High School, she attended college at the University of Wyoming and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in entrepreneurship. Later, she decided to follow her passion for learning and earned her MBA from Creighton University. In 2019, Kacy and her husband moved back to the Gray Ranch to help with her family cattle business. She is thrilled to serve as branch manager at the Points West Community Bank in Douglas where she can utilize both her background in agriculture and her passion for business.
