Should a transaction be deemed unusual or possible fraud based on the criteria of Star Network, you may receive a phone call from the TRANSACTION REVIEW DEPARTMENT to verify the transaction is legitimate.

PWCB does promote verifying the transaction with the Star Network, but please do not give them personal information.  Star Network will ask you to verify the transaction amount, date, and location.  They will NEVER ask for your social security number, debit card number or account information.
