Susie Young has announced she will retire from Points West Community Bank on February 12, 2021, after 21 years with the bank. Susie has worn several hats at the bank during her career, all of them focused on customer service. She serves as Head Teller for the Sidney downtown location, and whether she is directly helping a customer or assisting fellow employees in any of the bank’s twenty branches, she regularly displays her strong ability for problem-solving. Internally, Susie has served as a resource for about every employee at some point, offering advice on a variety of topics she’s encountered throughout her career. Susie will leave big shoes to fill and will be dearly missed. The Points West team would like to thank Susie for her many years of dedicated service and wish her all the best in her retirement!
